We've launched a Referral Program that rewards builders who introduce clients to Olearia Morwell.

If you have clients exploring where to build, Olearia Morwell offers a range of fully serviced land lots suited to different budgets and lifestyles, giving them the freedom to build the home they want, their way. 

When your referred client purchases, you will receive a $1,000* Mastercard gift card once the contract becomes unconditional.

How it works:

1. Request that your client mention your name and provide your contact details to the Olearia sales agent

2. Your client fills out the Builder Referral Form here, selects their preferred lot and pays a deposit

3. Once the purchaser’s contract becomes unconditional, your $1,000* Mastercard gift card will be sent directly to you by the card issuer via Australia Post Registered Mail or SMS.
