RETURNS & EXCHANGES

As we encourage considered buying habits, exchanges or returns are not offered for change of mind. 
We are happy to offer sizing exchanges or store credit for items that are not made to order. This is valid for 7 days after goods have been received.

Returned items must be unworn, unused, unwashed with all original tags attached.
You are responsible for the cost of returning items to us in original condition. Tracking details should be provided when returning items. Items lost in transit will not be compensated for.

All Olearia garments are quality controlled and checked for any faults before they are dispatched to the customer. Returns that are damaged, show signs of wear or do not have their original tags attached may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer.

Returns and exchanges may only be made directly through Olearia by emailing info@olearia.com.au and obtaining approval.

FAULTY ITEMS 

We endeavour to provide our customers with garments of the highest quality. If you have received an item with a fault please immediately contact us at info@olearia.com.au. Email us a brief description and include a photo clearly showing the defect/fault.

Goods are classified as faulty if they are received damaged, or where a manufacturing fault occurs within six months of purchase. Please note that items that are damaged as a result of everyday wear and tear are not considered to be faulty.

Faulty items will be repaired or exchanged following assessment and subject to availability. If a repair or exchange is not possible customers will be compensated with a store credit.
