Planting of street trees for nature strips and trees in common areas as appropriate and landscaping in and around properties.

completion
All building work is either complete or close to completion, in accordance with the contract/agreement with the relevant authorities. Property is reasonably fit for occupation.
final inspection
Final visit by building inspectors to ensure all fittings, fixtures are complete, in good condition and built to the standard and specification as indicated in relevant contracts/agreement. Certificate of occupancy is issued.

All works are finalised and ready to hand over to purchaser to move in.
